Aik has over 10 years’ experience in operation management and supply chain management for an MNC in healthcare industry, mainly engaging in the Customer Experience and Collaboration, Process Excellence, Business process re-engineering, End to End value stream mapping and optimization, and demand and supply management.

Currently working for one of the world largest health care company, and co-found a Tech-startup called JomFishing. Jomfishing aims to bridge the gap between the world oldest hobby with modern IT world by providing the e-solutions to re-ignite the love toward angling and recreational fishing activity. This venture primarily focusing on the e-commerce, fishing trip planning - local tourism travel industry, and social networking via mobile apps.

He holds a Master of Science in Control System Automatic Engineering from University of Sheffield, England, the UK as well as Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, UK. He holds professional project management and process excellence certificates, ie Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Green Belt, and FPX
