Ben Chew is a serial entrepreneur with 15 years of experiences in the HR/Recruitment space. He currently has several HR tech projects, including a successful boutique recruitment business and based in Singapore.  Venturing into a space which is unknown to him at the initial stage and being a risk-taker and entrepreneurial by nature, he started HR In Asia which he managed to get it post-revenue even before company incorporation. 

He is also the Managing Director of Strategia Ventures which is an equity holding and investment company which does co-investment deals with investment partners/VCs in startups and also invest in other investment vehicles such as equity market. 

Ben is also involved in many community initiatives in the local startup ecosystem - one such project is Startup Jobs Asia which aim to be the voice for startup hiring within Asia. He is also an investor and partner of Code Division which the combined and collaborative vision will grow and empower developers' eco-system within the region. 

His latest community initiative is Cafe For Work which he hope to offer reviews and insights of experiences of working in various cafes in the perspective for alternative work lifestyle. Naturally, it come along with a deeper context to recognise startups/companies with open and flexible work culture.
